We have partnered with Three Chairs Consulting in Australia to produce a tool aimed at supporting organisations to successfully achieve growth targets.  The design of tool draws upon Melanie Bois’, Ria Bailes’ and their leading teams experience of change management, strategy, governance and strategic partnerships.  It is based on extensive work undertaken in UK and Australian sectors looking at key questions and considerations to implement a growth strategy.  Their recommendations reflect the wider experiences and learnings of housing providers in Canada, the US, UK and Australia.
